Eventbrite Blogger Event Tour of Chicago
Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at 1:00 AM - Sunday, March 31, 2013 at 11:55 PM (CST)
Heads up, Chicago Bloggers!
Eventbrite is sending ONE local blogger on an event tour around Chicago. From cooking classes to cocktail mixers, startup soirees to social media meetups - if it's on Eventbrite, you're going!
- You'll Attend Events: At least 10 of 'em between January - March 31. The good news is, it's on us (up to $500 worth of tickets).
- You'll Tell Your Readers/Followers/Fans About Them: Don't keep it to yourself - share the love! You'll chronicle your event road show on your blog to help other Chicagoans learn what's out there and where they go to join in on the fun. And of course we'd love you to share on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc - anywhere your followers/fans are looking to hear from you!
- You'll Have FUN: Maybe the most important aspect to this "job", you'll have blast exploring the best events Chicago has to offer!
Don't fret, we're here to help! Not only will we send you a suggested list of events based on your passions and hobbies, but we'll totally play event buddy and tag along for at least a few of the parties, workshops, or conferences you attend.
Express your interest by "registering" by Monday, January 21. This will take no more than a few minutes to complete. Once you are registered, we'll send you further information.

Alexa Plew - Eventbrite Chicago
At Eventbrite, we’re passionate about bringing people together around a live experience. Whether it's a photography class or a sold-out concert, an inspiring conference or an air-guitar competition—we're true believers in the magic of events and the power of connecting people. Our service allows everyone to discover events and experience the excitement of bringing them to life.
We do this by making it incredibly easy to create, find or attend an event. We help you manage the hard stuff—such as registrations and selling tickets—and we set you up with the tools to help your event spread virally through social networks. It's event management, search, and promotion all coming together for the first time.
